In a recent online poll conducted by Green Poll Surveys, roughly 65 percent of the 272 voters favored one of the two build bridge options, with close to 34 percent of people choosing one of the two no build option. The National Association of Realtors describes the SFR designation with as, "...(to) help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market — they are critical.
