Average Days on Market was 171.
The properties had an Average List Price $466,550 with the Average Sold Price coming in at $455,833.
3 of the homes were in Ocean Sands with Corolla Bay and Currituck Club making up the other sales. The Condo sold was in Indian Summer.
Excluding the sold condo, the average price per sq foot came in at 193.254.

We saw a strong first half of the year in Corolla with 100 properties sold. 3 condos, 3 townhomes and 94 single homes were the breakdown of sold residential properties. Fortunately, for those selling a home in Corolla, the average sale price was just over $675,000. The bad news for those looking to sell their home, the average home was on the market for 301 days.
