The average price of a Single Family Home in Corolla has dropped 36% from it's highest average. 2009 and 2010 were almost flat as far as the percentage change went.

Taking a look at the Average Days on Market from a low in 2006 it has increased 47% to the high of 260 days in 2010. This just helps highlight the need to properly price your property.

2010 Provided a bounce back from the declining dollars amounts witnessed between 2006-2009. Corolla in 2010 was off of the 2006 high point by slightly more than 9%. As you can see from the graph this is a sharp increase from 2008 and 2009.
